Colombian police and intelligence units have picked up one of the most sought after drug trafficking leaders in the country. Authorities have been hunting for Dairo Antonio Usuga, aka Otoniel for seven years.

And then this:

The Spanish news site Jara y Sedal has published a video showing the three dogs rescued from La Palma flooded area on La Palma. They are skinny but make a lively, cheerful impression while getting to eat and drink. The dogs were suddenly untraceless last week and the plan to get them off the island with drones turned out to be no longer necessary.

But it remains a mystery who is responsible for the dog rescue. The rescuers want to remain anonymous because they were strictly forbidden to enter the area flooded by lava. When their names become known, they risk a high fine.
