Wolfsburg no longer first

Mark van Bommel no longer occupies the leading position in the Bundesliga with VfL Wolfsburg. Wout Weghorst saved a point for Die Wölfe visiting Eintracht Frankfurt, after Sam Lammers opened the score. As a result, Bayern Munich goes over Wolfsburg on target balance in the ranking.
Wolfsburg prevailed Frankfurt. Yet it was the home team that made the opening goal after 38 minutes. Filip Kostić played Lammers with a smart ball, after which the Dutch striker hit one shot: 1-0.
That was also the stand on the scoreboard at rest. After the break, Wolfsburg insisted again. That was rewarded in the seventieth minute with the equalizer. Luca Waldschmidt met with a good try on goalkeeper Kevin Trapp, after which Weghorst shot the rebound snugly against the ropes for the 1-1.
At the end of the game, Wolfsburg started looking for the winning hit. The visitors got some chances, but maintained the level image. As a result, Wolfsburg is now second in the Bundesliga on goal balance. Lammers Frankfurt now occupies a disappointing fifteenth place.
